Probate

We understand that the death of a family member or loved one can be a distressing experience and our team will ensure that we do our utmost to make this process run as stress-free as possible.

When a person dies either a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration will need to be obtained so that the executor or administrator may deal with the deceased’s estate to allow them to manage and collect the deceased’s assets, pay their debts, and distribute their estate in accordance with the terms of the Will or in accordance with the Rules of Intestacy if there is no Will.

Making a will

Making a Will ensures that, upon your death, your property and any other assets and possessions go to the people of your choosing.

We recognise that making a will may seem a daunting task and might not always be straightforward so our expert team will be readily available for any concerns or questions that you may have. We provide our clients with expert legal advice on the process involved.

For legal advice in relation to the making of a Will or dissolving a deceased person’s estate, please contact us on +353 (01) 836 9300.
